Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Broqsurf purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt.

What can be returned:

  • Items must be in the original, unopened packaging with tags attached.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

What can’t be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us by email at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. In your email, specify which items you’d like to return and the reason for your return.
  3. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your return or exchange within 10 business days.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to exchange an item for a different size or color is to return your original item and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply (items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
